Mini-soccer centre

Charlestown Youth Football Club set up a mini-soccer centre which started on October 21st 2006.  This is run every Saturday morning between 9.00 a.m. - 10.00 a.m. at Poltair School on the Astro turf.  All boys and girls in school years 1, 2 & 3 are very welcome.  We currently have approximately 40 children attending each week and the children and coaches are really enjoying the sessions.

The cost for each session is £2.50 per child.  All coaches are qualified and have direct connections with Charlestown Youth Football Club.  As the children develop their skills we will be organising some mini-soccer matches.  The children who attend this development centre will have the opportunity to progress on to playing competitive matches for Charlestown Y.F.C. should they wish to do so.

All children should bring:-

bulletsuitable warm clothing including a waterproof jacket
bulletshin pads must be warn as this is a Football Association rule
bulletfootwear - trainers (astro turf trainers preferred but not essential)
bulleta drink - no glass bottles please
